How we work
There is not much mystery to running a cleaning company well. There is a walk before anything is priced. There is a scope agreed in writing — the areas, the tasks, what is in and what is not. Each task has a frequency. The crew works from a checklist. The same people are assigned to your building rather than whoever is free. One supervisor is responsible for the account. And we follow up after the work.
Written out like that it reads like a list of ordinary things, and it is. The difference is that it is written out — for your building, before anyone starts, in a document you can change.

A scope, a frequency, and the condition your building is kept in. Not hours.
Hours are how we work out our own costs. They are not what you are paying for, and a cheaper hourly number is not the same thing as a building that stays in the state you agreed.

About the name
Green Pacific is a name, and the green in the mark is the mark. We do not make claims about products or their effect on anything, so we are not going to imply one with a leaf.
