Book a site walk

Our work

This page is the record, and it is deliberately empty.

Everything on the rest of this site is either a description of how we work or a picture that says so. This page is the other thing: named buildings, real scopes, and the client’s permission to show them. We would rather it stayed blank than filled it with anything else.

01
The record

What will be on this page

A case study here will say four things, and only four.

The building. What kind of site it is, where, and what it has to do all day.

The scope. The areas covered, the tasks in them, and how often — the actual agreement, not a summary of it.

How long. How long the relationship has run, counted from a real date.

The client’s words, if they give us any. Their sentence, not ours, used with their written permission.

No results, no percentages, no before-and-after. We can tell you what was agreed and what is done. What it was worth is the client’s to say, and only if they want to.

02
Consent

Why there is nothing here yet

Showing a client’s building publicly needs that client’s written permission, and naming them needs a second one. Until those permissions exist, the honest options are an empty page or a made-up one — and a made-up one would undo the point of the whole site.

03
Instead

What you can see instead

Two things, and both of them are more useful than a case study anyway.

A scope document. The four-column extract on the services page is what an agreement actually looks like here — the same shape you would get.

Your own building. A site walk is a walk-round with someone who does this for a living.

Next

Until this page fills up, the useful thing we can show you is your own building.
